Im not sure, but I think they regret making the pact now ,they have a unfair advantage being 2 of them as they have the choice at this late stage who goes

They didnt make the pact, Raph did to protect himself. He did it ages ago and has dodged bullets ever since.

snake boy describes Raph's character very accurately, and he has been crying a lot hence the snivelling. English is a very descriptive language, nothing childish about it
