Here’s why Isabelle Warburton totally deserves to win Big Brother | A Metro article

If there is any justice in the world, tonight Isabelle Warburton will escape eviction from the Big Brother house.

Not only that, but she will go on to be rightfully crowned the winner of the series on Friday.

But we know what the British public and voting can be like – unpredictable.
Sorry Charlotte, but Isabelle deserves to escape being kicked out in a shoddy back door eviction.

She deserves to be the last out of the house for everything she has brought to this year’s show.

Everyone underestimated her when she walked through the door.

Savannah had the boys’ attention but it was Isabelle who managed to get Lotan kicked out after she called him out for his bad behaviour.

While other housemates screamed and fought, she remained calm after days of bitchiness from the other housemates mainly about her ‘skin colour’.

Her skin colour, if you’re not watching, is orange.

And you have to love her for owning the fact she is, in her words, ‘tanorexic’.

She cried happy tears when Big Brother handed her tanning products inside a giant orange.

Everyone had a say about her orange tone – viewers and housemates – but did she care? Not a jot.

She brought the best out of Chanelle.

It was lovely to see how Chanelle had her back during those early arguments and their friendship stayed strong throughout the show.

Selflessness and humility are not usually characteristics you associate with reality television show stars, but Isabelle has them by the bucket load.

Not only did she forgo seeing her sister so Charlotte could spend time with her mum in one task, she also volunteered to be put up for eviction and save Sam in another.

Even when other housemates told Sam he had too readily accepted her offer, she had no hard feelings towards him.

Despite all the early nastiness towards her, she still gets on with all the housemates and doesn’t seem to hold a grudge.

Even Kieran, who she had a dalliance with before she entered the house, has used every opportunity he gets to nominate her.

But does this bother Isabelle?

Why would it. She is the queen and queens don’t worry about peasants.

Okay, except when she poured suntan cream all over his head but Kieran TOTALLY deserved that.

And in all the tasks she is willing to get stuck in, never throws a tantrum (*cough*Andrew*cough*) but doesn’t fly under the radar either.

Isabelle has got style, she is pretty but she is self-depreciative and she comes out with wise advice: ‘You don’t have to look pretty to have fun, it’s not what life’s about’. Insightful.

Isabelle is a genuine, kind-hearted and caring woman.

Sure, Deborah is nice, Kieran is handsome and Raph apparently has the strategy but it is Isabelle who has made this year’s show worth watching.

Last week, we saw the unexpected loss of two other big housemates, Ellie and Chanelle, who had both been predicted to win at different points in the series.
Please don’t say we will lose another and have to say goodbye to Isabelle.

Please say the future is bright, the future is orange and Isabelle will be crowned our worthy winner.

This is giving me flashbacks to that semi-viral fan post from 2006 of the reasons why Aisleyne should win.

HBIC 25-07-2017 10:30 PM

Just got a little emotional reading this

She has almost 500 of the 700+ votes in that poll to win at the bottom of that article

I think Aisleyne in 2006 was the last one? I remember she had a lot of support, especially from columnists like Grace Dent.

lewis111 25-07-2017 10:34 PM

Paris Hilton AND a national newspaper
Issy is the next big thing

Cal. 25-07-2017 10:35 PM

I think Daily Star sort of endorsed Helen in 2014 but other than that she's smashed records?

We'll ignore that poor lapse in judgment.
