Hopefully the reason is because CBB1 is boring trash nobody should ever subject to themselves to watching ever again so she intentionally tried to make it somewhat entertaining, which she succeeded at.

She broke down because she was in a terrible mental state when she went in, i believe her mother died. She talked about it in ubb. Thats why she did WAY better in ubb mentally
