The X Factor winner took to social media on Monday to express how 'furious' she was after allegedly being 'treated like dirt' by an employee at Heathrow airport's Terminal 5, due to reportedly not complying with the company's hand baggage policy. (a policy that applies to everyone). She last had a hit record 8 years ago.

She clearly did think about it after already sending out a tweet, and then afterwards deciding to name and shame someone rather than to actually complain to british airways:nono:
