Tbf there's not much aging done between late 50's and late 60's, just a few more wrinkles really. Hard to tell in that age group.

Well I see a lot of people in their late 60s and some people can't stand up straight or even walk. So I think Derek is in good condition. I wouldn't mind looking like him at his age.
