Yes,you just know he is going to get a hard time on here,anyone can see he doesn't look 50, and Amelia is lapping that attention up.

Back to the OP though, Paul and Chads (and Sam to a certain extent) persistence is offputting and a bit creepy. They all look fine for their age.

Yes, he said he was 29. And I agree with you here, she is lapping up the attention whilst playing the role of Little Miss Coy. She is leading on both Chad and Sam and playing both off against each other.

I think Paul was jokingly encouraging an attraction that was easily apparent to the housemates so I don't think there's anything weird in that. Whether Amelia chooses to go along with it is up to her but she's definitely not the innocent she is making herself out to be.
