What was your dream career as a child?
 

Like what did you see yourself doing when you left school

Like many others I wanted to be a footballer , sadly it didn't happen and I became a chef.

I honestly didn't have one.
I did want to become a nun for a little while after watching The singing nun, but that soon passed:joker:

Singer

I could hit a high C when I was 11, inevitably my balls dropped when I was 13 and now I can't whistle in tune let alone sing.

Astronaut

I wanted to be an Air force pilot, and was in the cadets for a couple of years. Then I wanted to study computer science and even started a degree in it (for about a week :joker: ). Finally, I wanted to be a clinical psychologist, and studied that for 3 out of 4 years, and didn't finish that degree either :think: although I do have a "wooden spoon" diploma that's not worth the paper it's printed on, for completing 3 years :clap2: ...

I now get the untold pleasures of managing a bookies. Albeit a very busy / successful one but... yeah. Living the dream :umm2:. STAY IN SCHOOL KIDS.

Property developer, was obsessed with all those TV shows like Property Ladder

Marine Biologist because of free willy, ice hockey player because of mighty ducks, basketball player because of Space Jam, American football player because of Little Giants, baseball player because of the Sandlot Kids

Never had one really. :)


If I was able to choose a career then I would like to be a singer/some sort of musician, but obviously that isn't going to happen. :laugh:

I got an A* in drama at GCSE but haven't pursued it further than that, I might go back to it one day but not for now.

Member of Parliament.

Followed my Dad into Law however and since I will be off from the UK soon,I doubt my MP dream will come about now.

... I'm just going to come right out and admit that wanting to be a pilot was like 50% Top Gun, 50% Independence Day.

When I was 5, I wanted to be Madonna. I'm not a great singer, but that never stopped her.
