I love you both I really do however there is one act that I think I could mentor to be better and one act who I think has already shown her best in other shows. The act I'm taking through is Lucie Jones

Ali vs Alexandra:
This is so so tough your both so talented but I'm going to put the act through who I think just gave that little bit extra I'm saving Alexandra

Boyce vs Daniel:
This was great but there is one act I have wanted to mentor for a very long time and that act is Boyce avenue

Tori vs Haley: This was a match made in heaven in fact I think you girls should go through as a duo in fact that's what's going to happen well done your both through and your duo name is sweet sensation

Leona vs Leroy: this was such a fantastic battle however the act who stood out to me was Leona

Sam vs Max: I have made a mistake here because I want you both to go through so I'm just going to put you on hold for now

Jason vs will: as good as you two are I feel there are stronger acts in my team I won't be putting either of you through and I will be putting both Sam and Max through

Gardiner Sisters: Janet I love you a lot you know I do and Gardiner Sisters I think you would be great to mentor I'm thinking about who hasn't been given as much of a chance in these type of shows so Gardiner Sisters are going through

twenty øne piløts, it's no secret that you're my favourite band and you certainly killed it up there! Mason, I see you as an underdog in this competition but unfortunately you were drowned out in that performance. I will be taking twenty øne piløts to the Knockout Judges Houses.

Lydia Lucy - you smashed the singing parts, and Brooklyn you nailed the raps. It's going to be a very hard choice, but I have to choose who has more star potential and that is Lydia.

The next battle is between Brendon Urie and Louisa Johnson, two professionals at their genres. They'll be singing 'Hallelujah' by Panic! At the Disco.

Oh my god, Brendon you had a natural advantage as it was your song and you showed us what you were made of, but Louisa you lived up higher than expectations and thus making this a hard choice. I just have to base it off star quality though and that is Brendon.

To mark the halfway point of my battles - I have paired up indie legends Into the Ark and Chloe Castro - to perform 'Take me to Church' by the soulful Hozier.

I did love that performance and my acts aren't making it easy for me! Because I think you have the potential to get to the end, I have to take Into the Ark through to the next round.

Into the Ark - Unfortunatley we have to withdraw from the competition. We do not hunk we are up to performing against all of these legends.

Okay, so there's a spot open in my team. Although I'd love to put Chloe pack in, I have two amazing girls who I cant lose. Brooklyn and Louisa, I'd love for you to form a group called 'SuperGirls'.
