It was a hand written letter given to her by sarah so she could hand it to him at the funeral.

Well her mom should have given it to him after the funeral surely, and we dont know why she has disowned her father, you dont do that sort of thing lightly.

Because he didnt tell her his dad had died.....maybe mum didnt know what was in the letter.

Why do people pretend they know these houseguests personal history and background? You don't know anything about this situation so your opinion means nothing, he might not be a 'poor man'. There's two sides to every story.

Yeah, but what has any of that got to do with CBB?

My thoughts exactly.

Littlegreen 14-08-2017 01:12 PM

Bit low to drag this on a forum, why would it be of any interest?

Thats why I've said it may not be 'poor man', I've not claimed Sarah to be innocent either, which Is why I claimed there are two sides to every story and WE [me and you] do not know the story so our two pence in means nothing.

I've decided not to judge based on rumours/third party people. Instead I'm viewing based on what I see in the house rather than bringing outside infomation into the mix that I have no clue about because I'm not in their family.

Tom4784 14-08-2017 01:14 PM

It's a bit grotesque to bring up when we don't know anything about it. We don't know their history and no tacky tabloid knows either.

y.winter 14-08-2017 01:14 PM

It's her own business though? You don't know much about he relationship with her father nor what brought them to this state, so you can't really judge?

DouglasS 14-08-2017 01:15 PM

Seems everyone is echoing my statement. Glad I'm not the only one who thought this was a low-blow and a pointless thread.

It really isn't. I've no interest in reading a story about someone cutting their father out of their life because if they have done it's usually with good reason and extremely personal.

You know as much as anyone else with access to google and no more.

Beso 14-08-2017 01:22 PM

For me it highlights just how nasty sarah can be. I have seen many instances in the house of her nasty and uncaring behaviour and think this shows it up well.

Hey, if it doesnt interest any of you fair enough, but dont then feel the need to comment on it....it interests me and i am sure one or two others....lets face it, we all have commentated on trisha since she left...or sarahs boyfriend...or how other hms have beeb on other shows..even dereks outside job is being mentioned.....do we just draw the line when its sarah ****ing hardly?

Personally, I draw the line at delving into someone's family history. What do you expect, only people who agree with you to post in here?

I can't stand Sarah but it doesn't need dragging up her relationship with her father.

Otaka 14-08-2017 01:26 PM

Well no bc I don't speak for everyone but when discussing housemates I don't bring up random tabloid headlines to try and slander another housemate. You're not Sarah or her farther so u don't know the full situation that surrounds it. She could well be in the wrong totally but there could be a ****ton more to it and for all we know it could outright just be false. Family disputes are hella personal and I dont think an outsider could truly understand the intricacies as to what goes on. As such I don't understand it's relevance to cbb

Look, nobody else is interested except your usual sidekick, your thread backfired so go back to watching Jeremy Kyle there. :pat::pat:

Such a childish and uncalled for statement. Bit of a waste of time as well.....your patronising smileys dont bother me either paulad...Childish and.pathetic.

Lets look at what producers look at when picking a hm.....now its done we know they picked sarah because she is a bitch outside the house...so all her past behaviour will have been looked at, perhaps this very incident was the deciding factor.

Dash Darington 14-08-2017 02:08 PM

I'm interested. It's just hard to discuss it further without additional information. I too suspect there's a strong reason for her having done that.
