Sam s Fake Emotions for Amelia ?
 

Has Sam been playing the fake Showmance cad with Amelia or just going along with Amelia's fake attempt to stay in to justify her stay when she does f all

by a SHOWMANCE .

I put it to you Amelia is certainly not as nice as some seem to think given all the things done by Sam,Paul and Jemma around her that she s turned a blind eye to and I put it to you that her emotions for Sam may be fake too to try and use Showmance to stay on the show .

But one thing I'm definitely sure of is Sam is fake abut his feelings toward Amelia.If you notice he always can t look her in the eye when he supposedly professes his feelings,hes always looking down and finding it hard to stay in one place,fumbling (for want of a better word) around a lot .

And the real reason when it comes close to maybe starting something with her that he uses the excuse of he s not ready for a relationship is that his feelings for Amelia aren t strong enough or maybe don t exist at all .

He dug himself into a hole when he asked Amelia out. I truly believe that if he hadn't said that, or if she went ... he would be over Jemma like a rash.

His actions really say he like Jemma alot more than Amelia

Amelia doesn't particularly like him either, all this breathy when did you first realise you liked me nonsense, there is zero chemistry between them.

Yeah Amelia is just trying to get a storyline going for herself imo although she probably still like Sam more than he likes her. She's very bland

According to my daughter who knows him from the other show he is on, he was in a serious relationship for 2 years and they both agreed to have a break and see other people as they felt they were too young to settle down. But the stipulation was that they didn't get into another steady relationship.
Maybe he really does like Amelia but feels he couldn't date her casually because it might lead to something more serious? At least they didn't jump into a showmance but kept it flirty and light. I think he has been quite a gentleman so far. :shrug:

Well that's kind of false advertising then unless he actually tells Amelia that, she strikes me as someone who wouldn't be into casual flings

Sam is more into Gemma, but now he's trapped with tinkerbell he knows he'll look a tool if he hurts her .

He told Jemma that he doesn't 'get a boner' when he sees/ thinks about Amelia. That is a pretty nasty insult to any woman. I hope Amelia susses him out soon. Surely she can't be that naive?

I thought that last night as well. He's spends a lot more time with Jemma than he does with Amelia.

I think he realises that now he knows her better. All he has said is that he wants to take her for dinner, he hasn't asked her to be his girlfriend, or kissed her or anything. They have just been flirty, she has been more flirty with him than he has with her. It hasn't been a showmance or even a romance, thank goodness. One was enough. :laugh:

The attention and excitement it brought Sam was probably the main draw, now it's becoming reality I suspect he didn't really want it.

They need to play back that quote to the House :hehe:

Most men, in my experience, can easily get a boner when they look at a beautiful woman like Amelia, even if they aren't in love with her so I find this story line very difficult to believe. I'm also surprised that Sam and Amelia haven't kissed to push the showmance theme along a bit. So I can't work out what their strategy is, or where this is going.

He said he hadn't had a boner since he'd been in the house. Jemma asked him about Amelia, he didn't just volunteer that.
He said he got butterflies when he sees her though, which is quite sweet.

I don't think he sees her any more than a mate/sister. There's zero chemistry. I don't think he's going for a showmance or anything fake, I just think he can't really get himself out of the hole he's dug. He genuinely likes her, just not like that.

She likes him, but it ain't going nowhere...

He's very immature. Sometimes I like him, other times he pisses me off. I do find him attractive. I wish I didn't. Lol

I stopped liking him as soon as he laughed behind Amelia's back after admitting he lied to her face about choosing her.
