The Sinner

Watched the first two episodes of this last night, it's really good, gripping and intriguing from the start, how come I never heard a thing about it? Gav just stumbled across it accidentally

reece(: 28-11-2017 12:40 AM

Finished it

Only predicted one of the twists, was shook by episode 7.

Half way through Season 1 in a day and I'm SHOOK. This series is exactly what my life was missing!

Is it a new story or same cast?

No wonder the fun and laughter of comedy is dying, when people are watching sh!te like this instead.

Comedy is dying because sometimes people watch stuff that isn't comedy?

So a totally different case? That's good

TomC 14-11-2018 10:36 PM

well this has left me somewhat wigless. ignoring the minor plot holes, ugh it was so good - amazing acting, fantastic story, completely gripping, disturbing.

the way that night gradually revealed itself over the course of the series was absolutely captivating

Niamh. 14-11-2018 11:56 PM

Watching season 2, so so good

I've watched about three episodes and I'm not entirely sure thus far. The acting and production are great, but I'm not as drawn in by the mystery itself as S1.

Also it's missing this, the use of which was some of the best sound design I;ve ever seen on television quite frankly. Lowkey makes me want to start stabbin'

ugh that song worked SO well. it makes me want to go to a drugged up orgy personally!

TomC 15-11-2018 10:42 PM

i'm half way through season 2 and while i'm intrigued i'm not gripped. same as TS, the case and concept just isn't as interesting...

tbh, it feels like an entirely different genre; less psychological thriller, more crime drama

reece(: 16-11-2018 04:14 PM

I'm glad it's finally on Netflix so I can binge watch

Marsh. 23-12-2018 12:32 AM

Halfway through this. Loving it so far. Right up my street. :clap1:

That bitch stuffing chocolate into her mouth hoping it would kill her sister is SO GOOD! :flutter:

Fetch The Bolt Cutters 16-01-2019 02:22 PM

I finished this today (season 1) ugh i was SCALPED

Spoiler:

i felt really bad for frankie :bawling: like even though he technically killed phoebe

Weirdly though i didn’t even care about him until it was revealed he was involved bc he was just some random but then when you found out he was just trying to grant phoebe her dying wish it was really sad idk
