It follows her stint on Big Brother this summer were Ellie left a week before the final, which was won by Isabelle Warburton.

"I am not in Ibiza because I will not be on the next series of Ibiza Weekender," Ellie told fans online this week. "I'm sorry to break the bad news, will it really be the same? I don't know."

Ellie went on to explain: "I did Big Brother and I think I just need a new chapter now. I need to do something different.

"I'm not really sure.... I did Big Brother but another series just wasn't really right for me obviously. Hopefully I am going on to bigger and better things."

Speaking the Daily Star newspaper, Ellie suggested she wouldn't be invited back due to her relationship with fellow BBUK housemate Sam Chaloner.

"I feel like now that I am with Sam I don’t think they will have me back," she told the tabloid. “They like people who are single.”

Ibiza Weekender will return for a seventh series in 2018, ITV2 confirmed earlier this year.

With the destination hotspot of Ibiza ever popular, an extended 10 episode run on the White Isle will follow some familiar rep faces along with a few new ones eager to learn the ropes on Europe’s biggest party island.

With fixed rig cameras at the hotel, the series will capture all of the drama and reality as it unfolds. Expect high jinks, outrageous nights out and dramas around the clock.

Gyles Neville, Executive Producer, Twofour, said: “Weekender provides the ultimate escapism – the warm characters and hot holiday destinations never fail to be an explosive combination.

"We’re delighted the funny, continuing soap stories of the reps and their holiday charges continue to be relevant and compelling for the audience.”

Ibiza Weekender series 7 will air in 2018.

Jordan and Imogen were both in relationships in one series each and they still got asked to be reps but then they are more relevant than Ellie so poor ha

Weirdly enough Ellie was pretty much exactly the same in BB as she was on IW so idk what to take from that, maybe her whole life is a charade

Jordan has done it with a girlfriend before and they got Rykard even though he's been in a relationship with Rachel since they met on Love Island 2 in 2016!
