Right okay, but there are alternatives like Quorn that offer the nutrients and goodness you need whereas cheese is a fatty product and should be used as a cheese and not as a meat replacement.

Cheddar is very versatile.
I love all cheese.
Low fat cheddar is just as tasty if you are replacing your meat with it.

Hands down the best cheese there is, or at least I've never tasted better.

Tasty but unfortunately not worth the unethical means of getting it onto our plates

My current Cheddar of Choice is 'Tickler' Extra Mature. It's divine! If there were actually any Gods then they would eat Tickler.


Hey Nicky! If you want to gain weight you should try drinking something like Complan. It works wonders. I had to stop drinking it in the end because i was starting to get a bit heavy.
Obviously a good balanced veggie diet is the way to go but i know if you're struggling with getting your weight up eating enough isn't always the easiest thing to do.

My Sister's been a veggie for over 30 years and she's never been under weight. It's all about eating proper veggie food instead of going the 'beans on toast' route. My niece has never eaten any meat or meat products in her entire life and she's the picture of health.

I'm going to have to go downstairs and scoff some cheese now..............at 20 to 5 in the morning!
