did Bilic really cause the problems at west ham

west ham fans blame Bilic way to much, if you look at the club's transfer policy, you can understand why he has all these problems, he is not the one who picks who is bought into the club it is the west ham board who pick who they want at the club, this policy can cause more problems when building a team, like losing the dressing room, the west ham players don't care for being motivated, and Bilic can't throw good tactics on the pitch when the type of players the club brought in can't match the level that he can create in a team, if he is gone the next day, god knows who they will bring in, some west ham fans say they want Pardew back only for this season, but many want top managers at the club, but I doubt any top manager would go to west ham because there is two things that top world managers want more is huge cash to build a team and second, total control on who is bought into the club, and that does not fit Sullivan's blueprint plans of the future at the club,

Then they deserve all they get. I think he benefitted - at Newcastle under Allardyce and at Palace under Pulis - from the defensive structure both of those managers put in place before he took over. Then he failed to maintain that and overtime he showed he wasnt up to both jobs. Just my personal opinion.
