Charlotte then posts a video of herself in a GMB ‘safe space’ banging her head on the wall. Something common for autistic children in particular to do during a meltdown.

she was not mocking autism, she was frustrated with piers morgan

besides, as adam said, plenty of people jokingly pretend to headbutt a wall when they are frustrated. autism doesn't even cross their mind when they do it lol
