I am all for this.

It is heartbreaking to see yet such an important medical issue.

Only for medical/drug testing, but not smoking related and definitely not for make up or toiletries.

I'd prefer no testing on animals.
Certainly no way just for cosmetics.

However for medical reasons,preferably with a controlled criteria,I can see at present a need.
