what trailer park did you grow up in? sort it out and get some class

Pudding if I'm at home, dessert if I'm in a restaurant tbh

Definitely pudding. Only other thing I would call it would be dessert, but only when I'm at a restaurant as I don't want to sound too common.

Afters with family and friends but dessert with restaurant staff!

Rarely have one though since I'm not a sweet tooth!

Afters is round two ...or three, in the love game.
Pudding is jam roly, suet type puds and heavy sponges.
Anything else is dessert.
Sweet will cover all of course.:laugh:

Agreed. Consider a 'pudding' to be something in a specific shape... whereas a dessert could be anything like a slice of cake, ice cream, so on.

I'd sooner use pudding as an umbrella term out of all of those, but I'd probably be more specific before using that word.. like I would just say ice cream or chocolate or whatever.
