Favourite moment from 2005 EastEnders
 

There’s even too many to pick from but goed and try.

I’ve probably missed out loads but what’s on there are the biggest moments of that year.

Johnny slams Peggy’s finger in the door

Den's death is probably my favourite EastEnders episode (the Witches of Walford storyline in general was brilliant and probably my overall favourite tbh). Also had Andy's death and Sharon showing up as great surprises since I had no idea about either happening prior to the episode.

I really wanted Chrissie to get away but her arrest was iconic

Isn't it weird how the show going through a major backstage crisis, major characters leaving the show and all those controversies contributed to one of their best storylines.

The lead up was rubbish with Den sleeping with Zoe I thought. But when Chrissie officially took over the show after killing him and lording it up over everyone at the Vic it was amazing.

Chrissie on her own was better than any huge family unit. :laugh:

What a year.

You also forgot the Molfie reveal which was incredible too.

The soap section is dead so it was near the top of the list anyway :laugh:

Not Juley Smith being reintroduced the week after Den’s funeral. But at least we got Dawn out of that week.

Yeah @Redway i watch OD every day :joker: Juley is pretty crap. I think Dawn is ok, but i dunno, i think she's such a poor actress. I feel like they could have done so much more with Demi.

Never seen anyone play a more convincing destructive angry drunk like Steve McFadden. He honestly nails it!

I like how the Mitchells besides KimSam were allowed to rest throughout the first 3/4 of this year (although Peggy’s return was one of the best returns, like, ever).
