Which of these ABHORRENT deeds is worse?

Being left on unread after someone has been online OR someone reading your message and not replying

Marsh. 01-11-2017 05:37 PM

If they've not read it they're unaware and it's fine.

If they've read it and not replied then they're deliberately avoiding or ignoring so DIE.

But when someone has been online more than once then they obv have seen the notification

caprimint 01-11-2017 05:47 PM

It does annoy me if someone's been online and is obviously not reading the message, but no reply is definitely the worst, can't stand being ignored

Well that's just as bad as leaving on read in that case. SCUM

Greg! 02-11-2017 03:53 PM

Left on read is so much worse than being left on unread omg because then you know for certain they've chose to ignore you

Greg! 02-11-2017 03:54 PM

Oh just realised I voted for the wrong thing oops

LeatherTrumpet 02-11-2017 04:01 PM

i never check so would never know

most of the time i am glad when i pick my phone up and there is (rarely) no message

the amount of stuff I get from the girls, the TL, TL jnr and ex Mrs LT

:idc:

what i do know is if I reply to ^^^^ it generates tons of stuff and so i try not to reply too much

Jordan. 02-11-2017 04:04 PM

I find left unread more rude if you know it's being done purposefully, at least if they open it and don't reply they've still taken the time to acknowledge what you've sent.

MTVN 02-11-2017 04:23 PM

I will sometimes leave something unread if I've seen that someone's messaged me but don't think I have the time to reply to it or engage in a conversation with them right now. If I read it then don't reply it comes across like you don't want to talk to them imo

reece(: 02-11-2017 04:29 PM

Left on read!

Yeah I mean I've done it too, but I've seen people do it like literally all day long and stay online for a good few minutes when they do open the app (yes I was lame enough to watch) :inamood:

Josy 02-11-2017 07:35 PM

Being honest here though if a message notification pops up on my messenger and I see who its from and the first little part of the message like without clicking on it (so they cant see if ive read it lol) I sometimes ignore it until I can be bothered :hee:

Apple202 02-11-2017 08:07 PM

left on unread when they've been online which coincidentally is happening to me right now

I do this too. :joker:

Matthew. 02-11-2017 08:26 PM

Opening it and not replying.

I have been known to just ignore it while answering other people though :joker:ahaha

Withano 02-11-2017 08:33 PM

Oh wow, I need to change my ways. I always read messages asap and ignore them if I dont have a response lol.

I assumed people knew that ofc the recipient has read it even if it doesnt show up as read bc it comes up on the homescreen so whats the point.

Slightly confused by the results tbh

I don't have mine visible on the home screen bc i don't want people to know what I'm talking about :ninja2:
