It's so hard not to feel judged in todays society...Like people tell you to just do you and worry about what you think and not what others think but its hard to do so in a world where opinions are just shoved in your face 24/7.

its more to do with personal insecurities than what anyone says or does around you. Everyone, yes everyone, is personally insecure in one way or another. Try to gain confidence by repeating the thing you feel insecure about over and over until you don't give a crap anymore. It's the only way to address issues, as, unless you are doing something illegal, its no one elses blinking business.

Once you hit your 30's you'll stop giving a s**t about what other people think of you, it's liberating :laugh:
