Fudge

I made homemade fudge last night and it just tastes like soft chocolate, I've made 2 trays of it too :fist:

I'm very disappointed right now tbh :hmph:

Crimson Dynamo 17-11-2017 07:03 AM

caprimint 17-11-2017 07:05 AM

Wow it looks really good, I've tried making fudge once before and majorly failed  Just ended up being really runny and didn't set at all and tasted sooo sweet.

Did you put chocolate flavour in? :suspect:

Its the cheat fudge made with cheap choc lol all it is, is 300g white choc, 300g milk choc, 1 can of condensed milk and some vanilla essence, you melt it all down, I used the slow cooker but some use the micro, keep stirring it till its smooth then once its crusting a tiny bit pour into the trays and its sets in the fridge.

I'm going to make chocolate orange one next time and I'll try to come up with some kind of Spider-Man version for my nephew by using food colour and drawing webs or something

Hmm sounds pretty easy, I think I used sugar and all that stuff and it just flopped completely, the texture just didn't go as planned even though I left it in the fridge for hours :worry:

Imaginative fudge as presents :amazed:
