Fought for the LGBT community.
Defended Muslims and attacked the rise of Islamophobia.
Stood up against some left wing anti-Semitic opinions
and who remains a staunch critic against Trump.

I watched his walking out at Sky news,he was on with that insufferable Julia Hartley Brewer woman.

Whether or not we need a word for people who dislike muslims, "Islamophobia" isn't the best word, as a dislike of islam as an ideology isn't exactly irration.

Indeed it is not. The day we have a word for the hate of each and every religion rather than giving such a ‘honour’ to one particular religion is the day the word might, just might, carry any credence. Until then it is an over-used, tired old nothing word used by drama queens.
