i don't see an issue with that clause itself. however, surely it would give itv a lot of reason to manipulate voting etc to make her win?

well, no she wasn't forced, she didnt have to sign the contract, and she only needs to have a holiday for a month ( not difficult at christmas) and then she doesn't pay anything, so forced is completely the wrong word
