[Finnebrogue claims its Naked Bacon product is completely free of nitrites, preservatives, E numbers and all allergens.] [Nitrites and nitrates, commonly used to cure meat, may contribute to the carcinogenic quality of processed meat, including bacon.] https://news.sky.com/story/british-n...elves-11188401 was reported some days back , of course |
ideal for veggies
stop them moaning :clap1: |
and then people will moan when they get it home and its rancid because it has no preservatives

I recently stopped eating bacon (a meat I used to love) because its got a really odd taste to it. Its an overly processed taste and its sweeter than it used to be.
I don't know what's happening to some of our foods. Tomatoes are bitter, tangerines have no flavor, potatoes too watery and gritty and most butters are flavorless. I would definitely try this naked bacon. |
I would feel guilty eating it :joker: have to say get dressed first baby - I am no pig
|
My butchers bacon is fantastic.
You get what you pay for I guess. Supermarkets are so confusing..different smokes, different cures etc. |
There was nothing in the Jewish Chronicle about this.
