Asking Ashley to come to bed

On bots last night there was a clip, which I just caught up on, Ann told the other women in the room that she asked Ashley to come to bed. And Rachel and the others were all "Well done Ann." I don't think the wanting to go to bed is all Ann at all.

I think it was mainly because BB would not switch the light off

It is called a joint decision and agreement.

They could agree on one night a week they all go to bed, it is not down to one person either way.

smudgie 18-01-2018 11:12 AM

Indeed, and wasn’t it well past one am.
So not unreasonable to ask.

1am !! ,why are people acting like Ann pestered Ashley at half 9 or something:joker: .

Housemates should be able to switch off the lights when they want. That's how it used to be before and there was never any problem. People used to go to bed when they wanted.

Gusto Brunt 18-01-2018 11:29 AM

I was hoping Ann asking Ashley to come to bed would mean some older younger lesbo action.

Alas it wasn't to be.:joker::joker::hehe::shocked::shocked::shocked:

GoldHeart 18-01-2018 11:30 AM

Maybe a hashtag should start trending #let the hm's turn the lights off :fist::joker:

Vanessa 18-01-2018 11:31 AM

If ti wasn't for Shane and the lads who like to stay up late we would have no live feed at all. D:

That's how it should be.

Ann shouldn't have to ask Ashley to come to bed, just to have the lights switched off. The lights should have been off already. I think Big brother is doing it on purpose to stir things up.

making Ann look bossy, which i do not believe from her at all

Stevep 18-01-2018 12:13 PM

Andrew is just finding any old reason to hate on Ann because he is quite frankly intimated by her. That said, what he said does have an element of truth to it, i don't doubt the house dynamics would be different without Ann, they are all very much intimated by her, the way Rachel shat herself the other day asking Ann to do the dishes was painful to watch, but at the same time hilarious! Also, Daniel apologizing for swearing in front of her was another indication that they are all behaving themselves to a degree when she is in their presence.

All that said, i like Ann, and if Ann being in the house is what is takes to keep this series from spiraling down to trashville, as recent CBBs have been, then i'm all for her staying.

Yeah there have been numerous occasions where the lights have been switched off in the bedroom despite people still being awake and elsewhere. In fact this is the first I've even heard of the lights not being turned off until everyone's in bed.

In Rachel's column earlier in the week she was talking about how much the lack of sleep was affecting them so it isnt only Ann as that is documented by Rachel herself

Cal. 18-01-2018 01:51 PM

It's horrible to deprive people of sleep until everyone is in bed. It's also horrible to make someone cut their night short to go to bed. Stupid rule.

Northern Monkey 18-01-2018 02:58 PM

BB should just have lights out at 10 or something every night.

andybigbro 18-01-2018 03:43 PM

Why can’t they put the lights out until everyone is in Bed :umm2:

Yes I saw that Amanda was really pleased ,as was Maggie, also Ann didn't actually tell Ashley to go to bed she said to her the lights couldn't go off until she got into bed, it was Andrew who told Ashley that Ann wanted her to go to bed.
