She is still her mother right? Lol she's been in a coma since Boxing Day and her mother has just vanished.

Yeah you'de have thought the writers would have written her in there even if she couldn't appear in person,it seems really poor writing

Just throw in a few fake phone calls or even mention why she isn't there? Not rocket science dude.

I'm aware...read through the thread. I was talking about in general when she hasn't been there for almost a month. Just pointing out the crap writing surrounding her character.

They did several times and then she did show up so

She might have been there in healing crystal form

You have to pay close attention with EastEnder's shoddy writing; she told Max that she "Never wanted to be in the same room as him ever again!". The implication is that she has been at the hospital at times, but only when Max isn't around as she didn't want to see him, therefore she was "there when the cameras weren't". It's stupid but I'm pretty sure that's what they're going for.

They do things like that all the time; people disappear and it IS explained, but literally someone will be like "Oh _____ has gone to France for a month" ... and that's it... it's said once... so if you miss that one line you will have no idea where they went.
