They're really good and better than the X Factor so

Barry. 23-01-2018 11:19 PM

True but a big drop from 8m.

The judging panel is dire apart from Jason so no surprise.

I mean, the first show ratings were clearly going to be very high due to the hype surrounding the re-launch, and the second show ratings are similar to what it was pulling six-odd years ago (whereas the launch was a lot higher than expected), so I don't really see what there is to discuss

I love this show, I'm not too happy with Chris and Jayne as judges however.
They've already thrown out 2 people who may well have improved.
While saving another 2 weeks in a row who is hardly improving at all.

Also why 2 presenters are needed with a commentator for the performances too is beyond me.
Sadly Philip and Holly together make a lot of the programme about them rather than the show in hand.

I think the viewing figures are good.
Times are changing for TV anyway, I think the recording of who watches what is near impossible to give accurate figures as to anyway.

Another worrying thong however,on Saturday,Jayne and Chris said they had a kind of telepathic thing between them, whereby they thought the same as to performance as to skating.
Which likely means only who they want, since they alternate the head judge position, will be saved regardless of the other 2 judges thoughts.

That could annoy and lose viewers unless they make it each judge gets a head judge week in turn and not just Jayne and Chris.

Brilliant skaters and even coaches as to this show they were,as judges, not being fair really already.

agree they are very wooden with very little spark, there needs to be a bit more interaction and discussion

Isn't that good?

I watched one show a little but I can't enjoy it much with the low standard of skating, especially when you watch competitive skating at the Olympics.
