When he was trying the wig on Ann they were duscussing that they were all assuming they were getting a party that night. Hence why he dressed up. Simple.

Even if that’s not the case, sometimes he just fancies dressing up.

And even if THAT’S not the case... Courtney is is career, his job. He wants to get her seen as much as possible.

But he’s not always dressed up as Courtney only in certain tasks and evictions and like 1 or 2 nights

It probably was set up . It's also convenient that Shane J dressed as Courtney just before the spice girls /girl band task was announced. All he had to do was slightly change his wardrobe for ginger spice but he was already dressed as a woman .

Only the fact it gives him an unfair ad advntage on the others...and for luvjustins information he got into different attire for the party.
