I have to agree , what a good actor as we all hate him and can't wait for his day to come with brimstone and fire.

He is a brilliant actor, as much as they have dragged this out, I don't want him to leave, but then again we are missing seeing people like Gail, Mary, Norris as they focus on him

IIRC, Norris is off screen because the actor is recovering from his recent health scare

On topic : I can not stand Phelan (which I suppose is the point) but I cant wait for him to be caught

I think he's doing well, he's just been given time to rest and relax. I think the good part of Phelan's story is about to kick in, the long awaited downfall
