I’m perched for the arguments with the grannies when I’m on till tomoz

I only have new ones so

I tried giving a rude oldie £50 in old tens knowing they would expire and he clocked me

We're allowed to keep accepting them until they're out of circulation but not allowed to pay them out. :skull: They have to be banked.

I haven't seen an old £10 note since the new ones came out

Some guy lost a tenner in the pub last night and accused me of cashing in his tenner with his other tenner he gave me for his drink bc the new ones stick together and he asked me to check the till for it and I was like 'How am I meant to know if your missing ten pound note is there?' and he was like 'well it's a new one so try and find two new ones stuck together amongst the old ones' and I was like 'There's literally NO old ones in the till they go out of date in like 2 days'
