Especially when it's someone as vocal as Beth Ditto.

It appears the Gossip singer has jumped on the Lily Allen vs Cheryl Cole debate.

By the sounds of things, Beth is making no secret of her support for Ms Allen.

"******* Girls Aloud. I'd rather be a fat chick with a d***, than an a*****e," the Daily Mirror reports her as saying at the Radio 1 Big Weekend in Preston.

"It's hard to feel good when magazines say you're ugly, so I know how Lily feels."

Now let's see who's next to add their two cent's worth...

I like Girls Aloud, as their songs are great and catchy.

They have done well, but it is all about personal preference. Never listen much to Lily Allen.

Her song, "Smile" was very catchy, but the video which went with it, is appauling:mad: Maybe someone will try it on her one day and see how funny it is.

I'm way past caring about this stupid argument. I prefer Girls aloud to Lilly Allen Anyway. Lilly needs to concentrate more on her difficult 2nd album and concentrate a little less on this stupid feud.

Got to admit it does keep her in the press and it gives us something to talk about other than big brother eyes.

Yeah. There was a thread on it. Lily retorted by calling her a bitch and saying at least she wrote and sung her own songs without the help of auto-tuning.

That is what a forum is about, everyone having opinions one way or another. Respecting them is always a nice thing to do.

But I do prefer Girls Aloud personally, which I pointed out, as it was mentioned in article.

What is auto-tuning? It sounds like something you do to a a worn out old bike.

Yeah. I love her cd. Her lyrics are true to life and very amusing.

It makes no difference. Lilly probably has a 50 year old music guru to help her out with the writing anyway. There are very few artists who totally write their own stuff. Thats cuz it's quite hard to do without any musical training.

Get real. I'd rather listen to auto tune that Lily's four note range. She can't sing. Plain and simple.

Four notes in tune is better than none at all.
