[Three High Court judges upheld the legal challenge on Wednesday and ordered the Parole Board to reconsider its decision.
It means Worboys - known as the black cab rapist after attacking victims in his hackney carriage - will remain in prison pending a fresh review.]

Good news for once,lets hope they throw away the key.

This has several good things that came as a result.

1. the guy wont be released.
2. The chairman of the parole board was basically sacked
3. The parole board will need to make their findings publicly available in the future and be open to scrutiny

Something also worth noting is that the Sun newspaper were one of those that took legal action in this, so something to be commended for once

Good news. The fact that this guy was ever up for release sickens me. 100 or so victims man...

Perhaps SOME sense is returning to SOME of our Authorities - Let's hope so.

And it is GREAT news that - as BOTS posts - the faceless, bleeding hearts on the Parole Board who make these totally imbecilic decisions, are at LAST being held to account AND their identities being made public.

Worboys should NEVER be released - except in a pine box.
