Update She resigned last night
there is a thread by Mathew on this topic.

There's nothing wrong with having deportation targets, so Rudd was either: A)lying about them for no reason B)she genuinely didn't know.

While I think half the Labour frontbench should resign, I'm leaning toward agreeing with them for this one.
