The Sun: George Galloway\'s BB Big Mouth comeback

Quote:

CELEBRITY Big Brother star George Galloway is returning — as a host of BB’s Big Mouth, TV Biz can reveal.

The controversial leftwing MP, 52, has agreed to present the discussion show for four nights starting from June 5.

Bosses have turned to guest hosts after Russell Brand quit.

Radio 1 motormouth Chris Moyles and Bob Geldof’s daughter Peaches have also signed as hosts.

EDIT - Just realised that I had been given the error 'forum does not exist' despite using the new topic button in this forum.:pat::pat:

Just checked you posted the same story after this one had already been posted and your thread was removed by a moderator or member of the admin team.

What a creep George Gallowway is! How he turned on Michael in the house. There was no need for it! He makes me sick:yuk:

From love-muscle russle to george galloway

Arneldo 26-05-2007 12:19 PM

He might be good. But then again, he might not. He isn't exactly a comic genius.

Mike 26-05-2007 12:32 PM

The humour level will certainly drop down because he is alot more serious than say Russell Brand for example, not saying he would be a bad host there just won't be as many laughs when hes hosting.

texbex 26-05-2007 01:12 PM

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Michael 26-05-2007 01:16 PM

awwww cr*p......they cant be serious...

If you listen to George on talkSPORT, you'll know that he is a very able, witty and interesting host.

He is quickly becoming a hero of mine, despite the fact that I'd class myself as right-wing.

I remember reading an interview with him last year in Q magazine (my mum's boyfriend bought a few issues last year, and they seemed to interview random people off the tv? :P) and he actually seemed quite amusing and witty

I'm sure he will host very well, he is very articulate, lawyer trained, and very capable of serious verbal manipulation when required .I 'm sorry that so many see this man as anything like a hero.
It was bizarrely during CBB that George Galloway really `let the Cat out the bag'

IN cbb Rula Lenska asked Goerge Galloway what he had actually said to Saddam when they met and he replied by saying that he had told Saddam that the Americans were serious and were going to bomb Iraq. Incredibly he went on to then say that he had therefore advised saddam to move his weapons !!!! (note that's Move and not Declare)

Remember ,Galloway is the man who has been going on and on about there being no WMD IN IRAQ........very easy after the war to say this but we at least know that like George Bush ,George Galloway also thought Saddam had WMD too !!.

Remember also , This was at a time when the UNITED NATIONS were demanding that Saddam show his hand in respect of weapons.

So was George Galloway in fact commiting an act of treason in that his advice to Saddam to move his weapons was against the security interests of the UN, The world and his own country.
IMO, Galloway has an agenda of his own which I don't find genuine.
I do understand that he has talent and humour but it's still fascinating how one man's hero is another man's villain.

:spin2:

God I can imagine him going through the ''PULLED DOWN MY TROUSERS AND PANTS'' opening routine already!!!

xcharleyx 26-05-2007 06:42 PM

Oh right! So it is different celebrities hosting each week or something?
