How do you have your Bolognese?

traditional spaghetti bolognese, but for me a vegetarian way then
i usually have cheddar cheese over the spaghetti, bc that cheese melts better :flutter: |

With Spaghetti (which means strings). Good quality Italian Spaghetti and of course fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano
