I think pay at pump is different. When I use that it only takes £1 off my card there and then nd the rest about 3 days later.

Yeah mine does this, takes £1 then the rest ages after, apart from asda who are now charging £99 then returning it :fist:

contactless is till working too I believe. It's to do with those type of transactions being underwritten by the banks without pre authorisation

contactless was hit and miss, I saw a few people trying some were declined and some went through

It took me five times to get my card to go through at ASDA's self checkout yesterday
