Sounds OK
but if you are small firm
that splits the tip with equal with every worker - what then?

So when someone tips the manager or the head waiter on the way out, who gets the tip. Impossible to implement. There are far more important issues needing attention.

It's a nice idea, but I do wonder how this plan would be implemented?

Better to increase minimum wage than expect customers to supplement wages
