He lived a great life. I don't generally feel too upset when someone who passed away has lived such a life rife with adventure. I think that his family will carry on his legacy as well... I used to watch the show casually and they seemed like really nice people. The only one that really made me side-eye was the Chumlee guy... just seemed like a bit of a lost soul... nobody's family is perfect, but they did remind me of the traditional down-to-earth American family that knows a lot about world history and obscure trivia. There are a lot of folk like that here that run small businesses, mom&pops, gun/tactical shops, mechanics, outdoors, etc that just seem to have a bottom-less pit of information... I envy the access they have to that information.

Anyway, weirdest thing I ever found in a gun store was a Pachinko machine... I can read Japanese so finally one thing I could impress those people with... But so random to find that in a tactical shop... anyway, they had a literal ball cannon... and a lot of other things in that category that you would have to be major disposable income to own. I can't imagine ever needing a ball cannon for any practical reasons... but they would be a nice thing to have in the foyer, etc.. just one of those random things that is just fun to talk about... and because classic Super Mario Bros...

I think people who run these kinds of shops are just fun people in general that maybe take their hobbies a little bit too seriously... But if it pays the bills and keeps them happy and able to afford such hobbies, then that's actually quite enviable...
