What’s Your ‘Usual’ Meal Deal?
 

I understand some people may change it sometimes, but just think of what is common.

Mine is usually something like this:

Sandwich/Wrap/Pasta/Salad etc: Ham & Cheese Sandwich OR Chicken Caesar Wrap
Crisp/Choccie: Pickled Onion Monster Munch, Wotsits OR Sweet Chilli Sunbites
Drink: Lucozade Sport Orange OR Water

Chicken and Sweetcorn Sandwich, Monster Munch Onion And Ribena Light

No meal deals here.

My usual at work is Red Leicester Ploughman's, Cherry Pepsi Max (20% Bigger) or Diet Coke and Cool Original Doritos Grab Bag

If they don't have the Ploughman's I'll get a cheese and tomato pasta tub or cheese and onion sandwich

Lemon chicken. £6
Root veg gratin. £2.60
2 lovely tarts of choice £2.60
A good bottle of red wine £7.

All for a tenner.:laugh:

What are meal deals?

A UK staple for lunch! You tend to buy them from supermarkets and they include a sandwich/wrap/pasta/salad, a bag of crisps or bar of chocolate and a drink. They’re usually between £3-£4

I don't buy them ever

Cheese + ham baguette and if they don’t have baguettes then egg mayo sandwich
Prawn cocktail walkers
Can of monster/lucozade

They don't really have them Aus, which is really odd, but back in the UK I'd get the boots one a lot:

I don't trust anything made in cheap factories with cheap ingredients sold for 10x the price

I'd rather buy the materials to make my own sandwich, and the crips would go inside the sandwich.

Cheese, ham, Branston pickle and crisp sandwich, a four fingered kit-kat and a mug of tea.

Then... again... I take it you don't buy food from shops/supermarkets.

I only ever get the college mela deal and it's whatever hot food they serve that day (they change the cuisine and items daily), a Fanta Fruit Twist and a Yorkie, Mars or Dairy Milk
