Wrong Nicky - bull sharks are dangerous, but great whites are the real monsters.

great whites aren't interested in eating us, they only attack us because they mistake us for Dolphins or turtles, when we're on surfboards etc

bull sharks are the real dangerous sharks

That’s more likely to be the other way round. Great whites are the most dangerous of all and I would challenge anyone daft enough to swim in water where they know there is a great white.

sure i would love to swim with those sharks honestly

i also touched stingrays once, at a zoo, when they were in a shallow tank of water, they also might seem dangerous creatures but these ones were so gentle and lovely

Swimming in a tank wihere you are protected is one thing Nicky. I don’t believe they have allowed the general public to swim with great whites even in a tank.

I think you are confusing being more likely to be attacked by a bull shark because they swim in shallow waters with Bull sharks being more dangerous. Great whites, bull sharks and tiger sharks are all dangerous to us but great whites are the worst.

i know, i sometimes write ''fight'' when i meant ''argue''

but she had her point of view and some bits were the truth actually, all sharks can be dangerous, it just matters how you treat them, if you treat them horribly they will remember that, if you treat them with respect they might not easily get angered into fatally attacking you i think

jaxie 18-07-2018 03:42 PM

Scary stuff. Going to make a lot of people rethink kids paddling in the sea too I would think.

Alf 18-07-2018 04:50 PM

Crimson Dynamo 18-07-2018 04:51 PM

Same, have always wanted to do that...even as a kid. I find sharks utterly fascinating, and terrifying in equal measure

I fed stingrays, sea lions and dolphins by hand when i went to America..that was an experience :)
