I am confused, and I don't like it.
 

There is too much confusion, as predicted by Phil Collins in his 1980s hit song. It really looks like there is a realistic chance that ordinary fools' BB and celebrity fools' BB is going to kind of... what....like run at the same time? Well of course not! But, celeb BB is now scheduled for Aug 17th then how can there be any schedule time/opportunity for an ordinary fools' version particularly when the entire channel's comptroller hates the show more than he does gentiles? Why are we waiting for a non-celeb version of BB now?? :fist:

May as well make use of it. They've only used the yard of the second house since BB17 ended haven't they? Can't imagine they've gotten their money's worth out of adding that area to the compound.

Sounds like you're just ranting because you like the sound of your own voice... There is absolutely NOTHING to be confused about... The civilian version will run after Celebrity Big Brother just as it did in 2011...

The likely reason CBB will air first is due to the fact that Channel 5 won't want it to go head to head with IACGMOOH... It also gives a decent break if CBB is to run again in January as they won't be running two celebrity series only weeks apart... Also it has been well documented that the launch of the "summer" series was delayed until August so that it does not compete at all with Love Island...

The proof is in the numbers... If the civilian version launched on August 17th and the series lasted for 13/14 weeks (as rumoured) that would mean CBB would not launch until mid November... IACGMOOH typically runs from that time (2016 - November 13th, 2017- November 18th) and it would be silly for Channel 5 to compete directly with another "celebrity" centric program...

For once it actually seems like Channel 5 and the production team care about giving Big Brother a chance... So enough of the complaints and bogus claims of confusion... Hopfully it pays off for us and Channel 5 get what they want out of this...

The addition was always rumoured to be what they've been using it for in the last few series... It's allowed for a larger main house and given them a dedicated task room... As for the outdoor portion hopefully one of these days they can find a good use for it... Otherwise I'm sure they're happy with the way things are...
