It has now emerged that Cherwinski, who was arrested after cops reviewed CCTV footage of the groping, is in a long-term relationship and has two kids, reports the Mail Online.

He is from Palm Bay, Florida, and was eating with his partner of 11 years in the restaurant when the incident took place.

The 31-year-old has two infant twin daughters with his girlfriend, it has been reported.
