I just find it sooo hard to bin the habit for good like I've not smoked since yesterday afternoon and I aaa foaming at the mouth earlier thinking about a cigarette Jesus

You're young you can quit easy

Redway 25-07-2018 07:00 PM

6 a day.

How old are you?

Cal. 25-07-2018 07:02 PM

Not 6 a day being a lot!

This girl could get through a pack from just a couple of hours down the pub!

Don't beat yourself up chick.

If you do manage to quit give me some tips hun.

Over two years for me now since I started smoking properly and I ****ing hate myself for it.

I quit on december 31st last year and it’s honestly not that hard?? Like after a few days the cravings aren’t as bad and once you get past the first few weeks you don’t even notice

I actually had a single drag off a cig a few weeks ago just to see what it was like after 150+ days smoke-free and i didn’t even like it :’) i didn’t absolutely hate it but it didn’t make me want to have more

Scott quitting cigs and booze is actually kind of iconic

Vicky. 25-07-2018 07:16 PM

Should be ridiculously easy quitting when only on 6 a day anyway?!

I wish I only smoked 6 a day

I think for me it's more mental like in certain situations I just NEED one and I can quit for like a week or two and then I just cave again

Yeah after 2 weeks most of the physical addiction is long gone, its the habit you have to break. I still carry a bic pen top in my pocket at all times and.just hold it if I feel the need for a cig. Its been 6 years since I quit a 20+ a day habit and still sometimes I could kill for one but that feeling soon passes...

6 a day though. Chei.

Mystic Mock 25-07-2018 09:44 PM

6 A day shouldn't be that hard to get off.

Imo the easiest way to get off Smoking would be to smoke one less each day until you eventually don't smoke any.

Yeah - you just need to ease a little more gently. For 6 a day I'd probably reccoment cutting one out every 2-4 days, anything more and probably a week.

I've been on the e-cig for a week now and it's going really well, think I might actually quite this time! :amazed: I'm using the Aspire Zelos so I'd recommend that if you're looking to try one. Go into an ecig shop or something and tell them how many you smoke and they'll recommend what's best for you (there's loads of variations of wattage and how many mg's for the liquid etc, it's all really confusing lol, but they'll advise you what'll be best). Good luck with it!

Not a smoker myself, never have been and never will, but good luck
My boss smokes and at times when he stands close (or even not that close) it just reeks and disgusting.
I believe that with enough determination you can get it out of the way.

Okay ladies I am liking for recommendations. I’ve been a Marlboro type but like the amount I smoke daily and pack prices are hiking up so I need a cheaper alternative. What cigarettes do you smoke and how much do they cost?

Daniel. 07-04-2019 09:41 PM

stirling duel but i only smoke on a night out
