Rose McGowan's new mystery partner has finally been identified as Rain Dove.

The non-binary gender model, who prefers the pronoun 'they', was spotted putting on a PDA with the Charmed star at OZY Fest in New York on Sunday.

The striking 6ft2in New York-native, 28, who is famous for modelling both men's and women's clothes, and Rose, 47, appeared in high spirits as they walked around Central Park hand-in-hand.
