TIBB's Favourite British Sitcom (Heat 4 1980s)
 

So this is to find out what the forums favourite British Sitcom is.


There will be 6 heats, the top 2 in each heat will go straight through to the grand final.

The third placed finishers of each will go into a semi-final, and the winner of that will also go through to the grand final.

The heats will be made up of the decades in which the sitcoms began. 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, 2000s and 2010s.

I shall post a poll with the names of up to 25 sitcoms, you just have to choose your favourite, you get one choice, so choose wisely.

The deadline for votes in the heats will be at the end of August.




This is now in the territory of the over 30s but I'm sure there's still a few there that you youngsters have seen.

This is the toughest choice for me.

It is difficult not to vote for Blackadder or Only Fools and Horses but I voted for Red Dwarf, and it is still great.

For some reason I've forgot to put "Desmonds" in the poll, which is strange, because I did have it writ down and would definitely put it in the poll for this decade.
