Over the phone sales assistants
 

They really piss me off as i spent 2 hours of my morning to try and make a payment only for 1 man who didnt speak or understand English to try and block my account and another 2 to hang up on me.

I phoned back and requested to speak to the manager who was a really nice Irish woman and ever so helpful that she helped file a complaint and knocked £30 of my bill
