Most disappointing album/single of the year so far?
 

Just listening to the latest Franz Ferdinand album and um....yeah.... :unsure:

Other contenders:
- Justin Timberlake's hipster forest album
- The Go! Team's latest :(
- Kylie going country

In terms of lead singles, probably Sanctify by Years & Years (some of the album tracks are decent though)

Just to be clear I enjoyed that Falling for Yoouuoouououoouooou song, but there needed to be at least one banger for me to walk away sated

“Golden” and “Man Of The Woods” are the biggest disappointments of the year so far...

I'm going to have to say "Golden" by Kylie. Love "Music's Too Sad Without You" and maybe "Raining Glitter" but the rest of the album pretty much stinks, tbh.

honestly this year hasn't been great for music in general. 80% of the charts is mumble rap

Camila's was trashhhh.
Xtina's Liberation let me down a lil due to the lack of bops.

Excuse me, Maria, Like I Do, and Accelerate are better than bops. Liberation is my favourite album of the year so far after Isolation.

Those three are my faves but are nothing in comparison to her prior releases (and the GP agrees :fan: )

tbf i've never listened to an album of hers before liberation, but lib snatches me tbh.
