Conor McGregor’s next fight has finally been booked for Oct 6 and in his opponent, Khabib Nurmagomedov, he will take on a man who many consider to present the toughest challenge of his career to date.

I realise this is something that is said on each and every occasion this man fights but in truth, Khabib offers perhaps the most dangerous stylistic matchup possible for the Irishman out of the current crop of UFC lightweights.

It’s pretty fair to say that the pressure will be on both men to use the next nine weeks to their fullest – but according to the Twitter account @scipcsc, McGregor may have other mystical powers working for him behind the scenes.

This could well be the most bizarre thing you’ll read all week.
