Two highlight shows in
What are your thoughts on the general feel of the show?
I know we are only in the early days but I feel like the general vibe of the show is what we have been waiting for. The shopping task so far is great. Hopefully the tasks are well thought out and continue throughout the series and into civilian. |
I think it’s been ****ing brilliant so far. You can tell they really want to make this series work.
|
The editing feels a lot more relaxed and a lot less try hard and trying to make too much happen at once.
Expect them to panic a week in when ratings aren't what they want and force things to happen. |
So far so good. I'm worried that if nothing overly dramatic happens over the next few days then they'll revert to interfering to create arguments, and I wish we had more live feed!
Apart from that though, I'm enjoying the task (and the fact they stuck with a launch night 'twist' rather than dropping it the morning after), I think the editing has improved (more balanced between all of the housemates and differing tones) and that at least some thought and planning seems to have gone into the first couple of days. |
I really hope it gets good ratings
I've really enjoyed the series so far and how C4 it feels |
Im enjoying it so far, if it keeps up like this I feel it could be really good.
|
I'm definitely enjoying it so far. It helps that I went into it with low expectations.
|
loving it
|
I am enjoying it, the cast is good and well it's an improvement.
|
Enjoying it for once, definitely has an old-school feel to it this time around.
|
its good so far and i wish they keep it like this for the rest of the series and hopefully civ bb
|
I am liking it so far mainly because they have given them tasks to do to keep them busy.
Although the same old same old situations around touchy feely men and racist comments have already been raised, let's hope it can move on without more of this or a showmance raising it's worn out head. |
Loving the production. The shorter intros, the break teases, the old-school transitions, Marcus' toned down narration, the Big Brother voices sounding professional, the task not being deliberately antagonistic, the house, etc etc etc.
I do however have the same trepidation that others have in that they may hit the panic button and revert to what they know best. My biggest concern after the launch dragging actually was that for civilian, they'll ditch all the old-school stuff like the cars and no Marcus and go back to the camp, screaming mess of previous years. Hopefully not :worry: The cast seem promising too. Good start! |
I'm loving it...the cracks are starting to show but I'm just loving it so far.

It's great and I am very pleased compared to previous series, but something about tonight's show felt like they were slipping away from the changes we all wanted for so long (and received, first few days).
|
Its amazing so far there is already building tension there so early on its going to kick off big time. There are some really intersting situations going on and its slightly bordering on the edge of being offensive i keep waiting for someone to slip up badly
|
Even though we have only seen three days of action, those three days are better than the past two CBBs COMBINED...
I love how naturally the drama is developing, you always wonder before watching each episode, will there be a huge row today? The production this series has been ON POINT, the best in C5 and this should have been adapted when they first brought the rights to the show... |
