Applications for civilian ended ages ago... do you think producers knew at that time CBB would air first?

Do you think they've chosen the housemates?

I hope they are still vetting them and making sure they have an amazing cast :cheer2:

2nd auditions were done a while ago with psych evaluations. Just over a month ago they did the criminal checks plus health/doctor notes. I know no more beyond there. Everyone passed that stage I think are still waiting for the final “you are in call” or the calls have been done and I guess I’m out of the game ��*♀️ Hope not. 4 weeks until the air date so hopefully calls will be this week.

I dont know anything I just know they rejected the best housemate ever... aka me...

I will watch the launch but it will be a bunch of boaring average normal people that have nothing interesting to say as thats what people claim to want, only they will boer the audience and the show will be a massive flop...

The producers are too busy trying to find people like stormy who have little interest in being in the show and only skilled at flashing tits around, to care about the people that want it the most and who have interesting things to talk about.

CBB ends around the 10th September, so BB will be the same week as there's only a few days between them.

I think it will be different next series. We've seen so many changes in this years CBB to prove they are trying to bring the show back to its roots and I can't see why they wouldn't be doing the same for civilian.

Recruiting z-listers is clearly not working.

I did not watch bb 1 2 3 or 4... I only watched some of 5 and niki... I loved niki... I want more people like that year... BB 1 were just normal boaring people to me... I love interesting characters, twins, brian, moikosy... they were unquie... and one of a kind... but i would say they only came in the tree trunk part not in the root part!

Yes, me too. I think my first series was with Nikki and Pete but I've seen a few of the previous ones on YouTube since.

I think what we should be aiming for is housemates from the BB with Carole, Lesley, Nicky, Charley, Tracey.... etc

It ends a bit later that week and the civilian one will start on the 17th most likely so 4 weeks yesterday.

I heard that to... that is 28 days (give or take) so cbb will likely finish 13 of sep and bb will likely start 17th of sep

“Normal” or “Average” HM’s don’t have to be boring... Just like z-list celebs aren’t nessisarily interesting to watch... I also don’t think going the route C4 went from BB5 onwards is the answer we’re looking for... That style of casting wasn’t any different from the rut C5 got in to just instead of casting z-list celebs they cast so called “freaks” and “weirdos”... A good well rounded cast from various walks of life should produce enough entertainment to sustain the series...
